Georges de Bourguignon Covarrubias is the Investment and New Business Manager at Asset Administradora General de Fondos. Georges joined the company in 2021 and leads the analysis and structuring of new investment opportunities. Previously, he was Vice President of Corporate Development at Quiñenco S.A., where he managed investments in public and private markets worldwide across sectors such as industrial, shipping, consumer goods, and finance.

Georges has assisted various departments of the Chilean government in the development of public-private investment projects, including the Ministry of Public Works, the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, and the Chilean Economic Development Agency (CORFO), with projects in sectors such as infrastructure, mining, and public services.

Georges holds a degree in Economics from the School of Economics at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Career

Felipe Swett is the General Manager of Asset Administradora General de Fondos. Felipe joined Asset in 2003 as a member of the corporate finance team and was involved in various financing, mergers, and acquisitions in the mining, industrial, and forestry sectors in Chile, Peru, and Brazil.

Felipe has led Asset’s asset management division since 2011 and has been involved in the structuring and placement of all its funds, including the first two publicly traded forestry investment funds in Latin America, the first Chilean real estate fund dedicated to investing in residential rental properties, and funds for foreign investors in the energy, forestry, education, and infrastructure sectors. Felipe currently serves as a director of Vivo SpA.

Felipe is a professor of real estate investment at ESE Business School. He holds a degree in Industrial Civil Engineering with a minor in Environmental Engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

René Mardones is the Administration and Finance Manager at Asset Administradora General de Fondos. René leads the Operations, Administration, and Finance teams, as well as the Risk Management unit. Prior to joining Asset, René served as Operations Administration Manager at Capital Advisors AGF, leading the management of more than 20 public and private investment funds and collective investment vehicles.

René holds a degree in Civil Engineering with a minor in Biotechnology from the University of Chile, as well as a Master’s degree in Operations Management from the same university.

Matías is the Manager of the Asset Rentas Comerciales Vivo and Asset Deuda Vivo funds. He served as Director of Asset Administradora General de Fondos from 2021 to September 2022. Matías was an Associate Portfolio Manager at Inversiones Arizona, one of Chile’s largest family offices, where he helped develop a strategy and invest in a global equity portfolio worth over USD$200 million.

Matías is a co-founder of the production company Agosto Cine and executive producer of the short film “El Verano del León Eléctrico,” which won first place at the Cannes Film Festival in 2018. Previously, he was executive producer and finance manager at the independent film production company Jirafa, where he co-produced the feature film “Divino Amor,” which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival.

Matías holds a degree in Business Administration from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Diego Echeverría is the Manager of the Rentas Industriales Asset DLS (RIAD) Fund. He joined the Company in July 2023 to oversee the operation, sourcing, and execution of new investments in the industrial sector.

Diego was a Senior Real Estate Associate at Esmax (Petrobras Chile), where he led the creation of new real estate companies within the firm, and executed sales and refinancing transactions totaling USD 100 million. Prior to that, Diego was a Portfolio Manager at Capital Advisors, where he led two investment funds focused on office development and leasing, culminating in the sale of the assets for over USD 250 million at record market cap rates.

Diego holds a degree in Industrial Civil Engineering with a minor in Construction Engineering from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Career

Juan Pablo Correa serves as Manager of the Asset Residential Income Fund. Prior to joining Asset AGF in 2025, he led the private equity portfolio at AFP Capital, managing assets worth USD 1.7 billion and leading due diligence processes for commitments totaling an additional USD 1.1 billion, across strategies including large/mega-buyouts, middle-market buyouts, secondary investments, growth equity, and co-investments, among others.

Previously, at Capital Advisors AGF (CA), he served as Portfolio Manager of the CA Fundación Parques Cementerios Fund, where he was also a Board Member of Grupo Nuestros Parques (GNP), leading the management of the Fund and GNP’s expansion into new business lines. He also served as Portfolio Manager for the CA Renta Hotelera and CA Renta Hotelera II Funds, where he led the restructuring and sale of Atton Hoteles to Accor and A3 Property Investments for USD 365 million.

Juan Pablo holds a degree in Industrial Civil Engineering from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, graduating with honors and a diploma in Transportation Engineering, and holds an MBA from London Business School, with specializations in Private Equity and Finance.

Begoña Bilbao is Deputy Investment Manager at Asset Administradora General de Fondos. Begoña joined Asset in 2022 and has since been involved in the evaluation and acquisition of properties for the Asset Residential Income Fund. Before joining Asset, Begoña worked in the Research Department at Copec and was an Adjunct Professor of Accounting at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile.

Begoña holds a degree in Business Administration from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, graduating with highest honors.

Elisa Prieto is a Senior Investment Analyst at Asset Administradora General de Fondos. Elisa joined Asset in 2024 and has been involved with the Asset Residential Income Fund ever since. Before joining Asset, Elisa worked in the Wealth Management division at BTG Pactual, selecting funds recommended by executives, and later on the Real Estate Income team in the Asset Management division, participating in the management of the Commercial Income Fund and the Residential Income Fund.

Francisco Ramos C. is the Head of Operational Risk and Business Continuity at Asset Administradora General de Fondos. Francisco joined Asset in 2020 and has since been responsible for risk prevention and mitigation, as well as internal control management, for both the fund manager and the funds under management. Before joining Asset, Francisco worked at EY Audit, performing external audit work for various companies in the financial sector.

Francisco holds a degree in Public Accounting and Auditing from the University of Santiago de Chile, along with a certificate in Risk Management from the University of Chile.

Adelina Palma B. is the Compliance Officer at Asset Administradora General de Fondos. Adelina joined Asset in 2023 with the goal of ensuring compliance with the firm’s regulatory processes through the design and implementation of internal controls, policies, and procedures to guarantee compliance with laws and regulations. Prior to joining Asset, Adelina worked at PwC Venezuela as an External Auditor. Earlier in her professional career in Chile, she served as an Internal Auditor in the Corporate Comptroller’s Office at SalfaCorp S.A. and as a Process Internal Auditor at Multitiendas Corona S.A.

Adelina is a Certified Public Accountant and Auditor from the Central University of Venezuela.

Claudia is an Internal Auditor at Asset Administradora General de Fondos. Claudia joined Asset in 2025 with the goal of ensuring compliance with internal controls and applicable regulations, as well as identifying and proposing improvements to internal processes and risk management.

Before joining Asset, Claudia worked at EY Forensic and Integrity Services, performing consulting roles related to AML, compliance, forensic investigations, and due diligence.

Claudia is a Certified Public Accountant and Auditor from the University of Valparaíso. She completed her professional internship at the Central Bank of Chile.

Cristian Barahona is Assistant Manager of Operations at Asset Administradora General de Fondos. Cristian joined Asset in 2011 as General Accountant at Asset Chile, where he was responsible for preparing and presenting the financial statements of Asset Chile and its related companies. He has also led the operations team at Asset Administradora General de Fondos since its inception, overseeing the treasury, accounting, and operations departments of the fund manager and its funds. Before joining Asset, he worked at various consulting firms in the accounting and tax fields.

Cristian is a Certified Public Accountant from the Silva Henríquez Catholic University and holds a Master’s degree in Taxation from the University of Chile.

Rodrigo Poblete is Head of Operations at Asset Administradora General de Fondos. Rodrigo joined Asset in 2017 and has been part of the operations team ever since, performing duties in the treasury and accounting areas for the managed funds and subsidiaries. Before joining Asset, Rodrigo worked at EY Audit in the financial audit area within the mining sector.

Rodrigo holds a degree in Public Accounting and Auditing from the University of Santo Tomás, along with a certificate in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) from the University of Chile.

Paola joined Asset in 2021 and has been part of the operations team ever since, performing duties in the treasury and accounting areas for the managed funds and subsidiaries. Before joining Asset, Paola worked at Banco Itaú and Empresas Copec S.A. (among others), serving in the accounting and finance departments.

Paola is a Certified Public Accountant from the School of Certified Public Accountants in Santiago.

Gabriela Chacoff is an Operations Executive at Asset Administradora General de Fondos.

Gabriela joined Asset in 2022 and has been part of the operations team ever since, performing duties in the treasury and accounting areas for the managed funds and subsidiaries. Before joining Asset, Gabriela worked at Factoring Nuevo Capital S.A., where she held positions in the commercial, accounting, treasury, and foreign exchange departments.

Gabriela holds a degree in Accounting and Auditing from Andrés Bello University and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Taxation at the same institution.

Luz joined Asset in 2023 and has since been part of the operations team, performing duties in the treasury and accounting departments for the managed funds and subsidiaries.

Before joining Asset, Luz worked at IGX Gestión de Información de la Industria Eléctrica, where she held positions in operational management, accounting, and treasury.

Luz holds a degree in Accounting and Auditing from Duoc UC.

Paulina Vuletin is the Office Manager at Asset General Fund Manager. Paulina joined Asset in 2018 and has since served as a Management Assistant, providing administrative support for all of the fund manager’s operations. Before joining Asset, Paulina worked for 6 years at Falabella Inversiones Financieras S.A. as a Financial Control Management Assistant and for 5 years at Banco BICE, gaining extensive experience in administrative support within the financial industry.

Paulina is a Bilingual Executive Assistant at Manpower, with certificates in operations.
