Felipe Swett L.

Felipe Swett is the General Manager of Asset Administradora General de Fondos. Felipe joined Asset in 2003 as a member of the corporate finance team and was involved in various financing, mergers, and acquisitions in the mining, industrial, and forestry sectors in Chile, Peru, and Brazil.

Felipe has led Asset’s asset management division since 2011 and has been involved in the structuring and placement of all its funds, including the first two publicly traded forestry investment funds in Latin America, the first Chilean real estate fund dedicated to investing in residential rental properties, and funds for foreign investors in the energy, forestry, education, and infrastructure sectors. Felipe currently serves as a director of Vivo SpA.

Felipe is a professor of real estate investment at ESE Business School. He holds a degree in Industrial Civil Engineering with a minor in Environmental Engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
