Juan Pablo Correa serves as Manager of the Asset Residential Income Fund. Prior to joining Asset AGF in 2025, he led the private equity portfolio at AFP Capital, managing assets worth USD 1.7 billion and leading due diligence processes for commitments totaling an additional USD 1.1 billion, across strategies including large/mega-buyouts, middle-market buyouts, secondary investments, growth equity, and co-investments, among others.
Previously, at Capital Advisors AGF (CA), he served as Portfolio Manager of the CA Fundación Parques Cementerios Fund, where he was also a Board Member of Grupo Nuestros Parques (GNP), leading the management of the Fund and GNP’s expansion into new business lines. He also served
as Portfolio Manager for the CA Renta Hotelera and CA Renta Hotelera II Funds, where he led the restructuring and sale of Atton Hoteles to Accor and A3 Property Investments for USD 365 million.
Juan Pablo holds a degree in Industrial Civil Engineering from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, graduating with honors and a diploma in Transportation Engineering, and holds an MBA from London Business School, with specializations in Private Equity and Finance.
