Gonzalo Fanjul joined Asset in 2004, and is General Manager of Asset Chile, a company dedicated to corporate finance advisory. He has led advisory services related to structured financing and mergers and acquisitions for clients in the mining, power generation and transmission, industrial processes, and forestry industries, among others.
He is a board member of Asset Administradora General de Fondos since 2013 and member of the Internal Control and Risk Management Committee. Gonzalo currently holds the position of board member of Vivo SpA. Prior to joining Asset, Gonzalo worked as head of the financial planning and studies department of Celulosa Arauco y Constitución S.A.
Gonzalo is a professor of Business Valuation at the Business Administration School of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. He holds a degree in Business Administration from the same university and an MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
