Jaime Guzmán has been a director at Asset Administradora General de Fondos since 2023. He joined Asset Chile in 2003 and currently serves as Corporate Finance Manager at the company. Throughout his career, he has participated in various mergers and acquisitions, as well as structured financing transactions across different industries, with a particular focus on advising clients in the mining, services, telecommunications, energy, industrial, and infrastructure sectors.
Jaime has also served as a professor of Mergers and Acquisitions at the School of Economics and Business at the University of Los Andes. He holds a degree in Industrial Civil Engineering with a
specialization in Hydraulic Engineering from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
