In 2016, we structure and placed a US$ 14 million Public Investment Fund for the develop, construction and operation of Energy projects in Chile.
ASSET invited Actis – a global emerging market private equity firm – to develop its expansion plan in Chile through a regulated platform managed by ASSET. The resources contributed by Actis into the Fund will be invested into a Chilean operating subsidiary.
The Atlas Fund made an investment in the company Atlas Renewable Energy Chile, which invested in energy projects in Chile and had asset under management for around US$ 50 million.
The Atlas Fund initiated operations on December 2016, and it was liquidated during December 2022.
