In August 2022, an investment fund was structured with the main purpose of investing in debt instruments issued by Vivocorp SpA and the companies resulting from the transformation, merger, division, absorption or reorganization of these companies, or in credits in which these vehicles are debtors. This Fund was structured within the framework of a judicial reorganization agreement of Vivocorp SpA.
