In 2006, we distributed and placed among Chilean Investors, the private debt fund “Crescent Mezz VII”, managed by Crescent Capital, one of the largest private debt asset managers in the US. “Crescent Mezz VII” is a US$ 3,500 m fund that will invest exclusively in mezzanine private debt in United States, Canada and Europe, always in transactions supported by a Private Equity Sponsor.
ASSET structured a local feeder fund that agglomerates capital from Chilean private investors, insurance companies and family offices with the sole objective to invest in “Crescent Mezz VII”.
The US$ 29.1 million Feeder Fund is managed by ASSET AGF, and in October of 2016 made its first capital call to investors.
